Back in 2015 we were filled with excitement when Ben Spannenberg and his men got going on the extensions to our 4 bedroom single storey house in Narellan, which was getting a little crowded and tired with lots of family visiting and staying. Ben Spannenberg proposed a bold and most ingenious plan and very soon the very smart second storey was up and walls took shape defining a spacious upstairs set of three lovely bedrooms and a large family room with balcony and kitchenette. The upstairs views into surrounding bushland are wonderful and the small balcony allows restful, close encounters with birds and the ever changing skies. We now appreciate fantastic dawn and sunset light effects far better than ever before. The upstairs rooms are spacious and the many windows capture refreshing breezes most efficiently. The stylistic match of the new with the old is outstanding.
The improved quality of life in our home has exceeded our expectations. It is so much more relaxing and flexible with places for visitors and guests who stay over. There are many quiet little nooks to settle down to relax with a good book from our shelves for which there is now plenty of room. Moving the master bedroom upstairs has given we parents better retreat space from the constant coming and going below and we approach each day as busy teachers all the better for it.
The finish, fittings and painting are all high quality and the project was managed expertly with little fuss and most impressive, friendly cooperation. This was all despite a few unforeseen challenges and some bad weather that just showed how professional and reliably quick the Spannenberg Company are to achieve excellent solutions and ensure a best outcome for family life. It is fantastic to find such a well-established and experienced family extension business that can always be relied upon to deliver a superb result, with all the important little details being carefully followed up.
