This is a major renovation at Narellan Vale, just reached the 12 week mark, painters are working inside and laundry being tiled. Will we get it done by Christmas? You will have to wait and see.

First floor addition, new windows, even laundry and powder room downstairs. From 1990 heritage revival to the latest contemporary.

Douglas Park project

Our teams of trades setting up to install a raked ceiling on our Douglas Park project.

The horizontal members you can see here wrapped in plastic are kiln dried hardwood collar ties with a clear coat finish.

I am so looking forward to the reveal, this job will look amazing.

Congratulations Scott!

Late last year Scott completed his cert iv in building supervision.

Scott and Bec recently attended a presentation ceremony to officially receive his certificate.
Spannenberg and Son aim for the highest industry standards, this includes our project managers requiring a min cert iv in building supervision and attending continued professional development.
