Gyprock is in and our carpenters are well on the way with the fixout (fixout is the builders term for the internal doors and architraves)
We have added on top of this home 3 bedrooms, a bathroom area and living room.

#frame being craned up and stood up. It has been perfect weather the last few days. Trent here in the foreground with thumbs up.

2018 is off to a good start
Spannenberg and Son have already cut the #roof off and installed the #floor ready for the frame to go up on our new job for Kristy and Terence at #Glenfield.
What you can see in this picture is a key process of a #firstflooraddition where we fully #scaffold the existing #home, cut the roof off, install the new beams and floor joist and cover it all over with a large #plastic #tarp ready for the wall frames to be craned up and stood directly on top of the floor sheet. Keep a watch over the coming weeks and see the #progress.
