Many of our job sites are open

Although some job sites cannot operate at the moment due to restrictions and some of our staff can’t work, quite a few of our projects are back up and running.

We have COVID safety plans to abide by which includes capping staff numbers, masks and hand hygiene etc.

Can I live in my house while work is being done?

Most of our clients do live in their home while the work is being carried out. Most of the time while we are adding a ground floor or first floor addition you can live in the other part of the home, we do often find clients will choose to renovate rather than knock down re build as they don’t need to pay rent for 18 months.
There are exceptions though- you may find that if you are having your kitchen and bathroom renovated your home may be unliveable in which case you will need to move out, we have also been known to stage construction so that you can stay in your home while the work proceeds.
