Remove an internal wall and open up your living area.

We added a first floor addition to this home, you can see the stairs on the left, this meant we could remove the existing ground floor bedroom and walls and create this lovely open living space.

Is a colourbond steel roof noisy when it rains? Some clients even choose against a colourbond roof because they think it is.

I so often get this question and my response is- “I don’t believe it is”

What do you think?

When we install a new colourbond roof we install anticon roof insulation directly under the sheets which I believe dulls the sound. When growing I lived under a steel roof and I suppose I am used to it, I quite like the sound.
